this restaurant is absolutely amazing I love all the workers they are very fast and very polite and the food is amazing.
We’ve tried 4-5 times…. We figured at first they were just working the kinks out. Well, it’s been months. They have yet to get our order right completely. About 60% accurate. And so unbelievably slow! Two people ahead of us. 35 minute wait… they’ve been as quick at 12 minutes if we’re first in line. I actually feel bad, it must be a miserable place to work, every employee just seems sad & they do not care at all. The food is good though.

Burgers are great, with specific mentions of an acceptable jalapeño jack burger. Sides like the skinny fries, tater tots, and cheese curds with marinara are favorites and decently tasty. The staff is consistently noted as very nice, friendly, and helpful.
However, the experience has some inconsistencies. The ordering process feels inefficient, disorganized, and not streamlined, with a slow drive-thru that seems understaffed. For a place known for fries, being stingy with fry sauce is frustrating. Some food quality can be middling or lower than other locations, with a chicken sandwich severely lacking flavor and structural integrity. Online orders for drive-thru pickup can result in cold food.
Overall, it offers good food and good potential, but needs operational tightening up and may require some growing pains to be worked out. Many customers indicate they will likely give it a second chance.
