This is classic New Mexican dining where red and green chilies and salsa are staples not add-ons. They know the food that they’re making, and they know their customers. This small local chain has been around for decades and there’s a good reason for that.
Garcias was our choice for a take out taco bar. We had a large family gathering, and it was perfect.Food was ready and hot, and easy for us to set up. Everyone loved the beef and chicken tacos with beans, rice, quac, salsa, chips and biscochitos. Garcias made it easy for us and we had time to enjoy being with family. Quantities were very generous and we had a lot left over but that’s good too!
I've been away from the southwest for several years but I was visiting family but more importantly to get my fill of good Mexican food and it happened at Garcia's. Two beef enchiladas that made my day. The sauce was wonderful too. Highly recommend
