I’m a regular customer there and have been for months and I always come in to grab something because of the quality of their drinks. I recently came in on Saturday and was surprised to see a completely different system set up and I had asked one of the employees about it and they had told me it’s a new system because there are new owners and because of this the old point system is completely out the window. You can tell the previous owners took a lot of time and pride into their business and valued their customers so I was shocked to hear the news but I’m also concerned on how this is going to affect their business as one of the best selling points of this place is their free drink every 10 points. Shortly after I placed my order I was informed they were out of boba. The employees making the drinks seemed very stressed about the situation and all I could see were two people in the back talking and not helping whatsoever. I assume those people were the ones that were supposed to be making the boba because one person ran back and had told them something after the fact but instead they ignored how busy it was and continued their conversation. I love this place and have for a long time now but I’m concerned for what this new system and quality will do for us and how that’s going to affect their customer satisfaction.

A friend recommended Hi Boba, so I decided to give it a try for my first visit. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the signs on the door proudly displaying Top 5 for 2023 and 2024, and Winner for 2025 – that’s seriously impressive! The milk tea lived up to the hype. It was absolutely delicious – rich tea aroma with great depth and layers of flavor. Definitely worth trying! The shop itself is spotless and well-maintained, unlike some rundown places I’ve seen. The decor is modern and cozy, creating a really comfortable vibe. Strongly recommend Hi Boba – I’ll be back soon! 🧋

I recently visited this shop and asked about dairy-free options. I was told your “dairy-free creamer” was safe. After reviewing the ingredients, it clearly contains milk protein. This means it is not dairy-free, not vegan, and not safe for people with milk protein intolerance or allergy.
Labeling or presenting this product as dairy-free is misleading and potentially dangerous. Milk protein can cause reactions ranging from vomiting and abdominal pain to emergency medical care. Incorrect allergen information creates liability for your business.
You are also losing customers and revenue by doing this. There is a large and rapidly growing dairy-free and vegan market that actively seeks shops where they can order safely. Many families will not purchase anything once they learn ingredients are mislabeled. Offering true dairy-free options would allow you to reach this market and increase profit.
Accurate information and training are needed. If a product contains milk protein (casein, whey, milk solids), it should not be advertised or described as “dairy-free.”
Please update your products with safe options and staff accordingly. At this time, customers who need actual dairy-free products cannot safely order at your shop.

We started going here in the past few months because their boba is good priced and tasty, but this evening, we couldn't afford a tip today, and they were rude, and sloppy with our drinks.
My smoothie was incorrectly blended, and when I pointed out one of my drinks was supposed to be no ice.
One of them rolled their eyes. And as we walked out I heard them start talking about us and laughing!

My favorite boba place and the best one in town. They're the only ones I've found with consistently soft boba, and their brown sugar boba is properly sweet, I'll order it at other places and be disappointed nearly every time. Sometimes there is hard boba in some scoops but most of the boba is soft like I prefer it! ❤️ Also they don't charge you for the less ice/no ice options which I've seen cost at one place in town so far.
