Humble Coffee is a great local coffee shop on Central. It was my first time trying it.I asked if they had Mexican mochas and although it’s not on their menu the barista offered to whip one up without issue. The red chile was a great kick in the drink.For those who can’t drink cow’s milk, they have oat and almond milk they can use in any drink that requires milk.I had the vegan chickpea chana masala burrito. The coffe is pretty good and the atmosphere is very pleasant but every time I order a coffee there the baristas will simply place the coffee on the counter in silence so that after you have been waiting a while you turn around and it's just there sitting there and you don't even know if it's yours. I tip on the service so why would the baristas not even make an effort to make sure the product ends up in my hands?I think this issue should be addressed.

Amazing coffee! I recommend the matcha green tea latte. The staff is awesome and well informed baristas.The place is located in a mucjh larger urban food court - i love this place, but it can get rough.Parking: Parking is a zoo downtown and you might have to circle to find some. There are pre-pay open lots. OPEN... meaning no attendant or security. If I had a pretty car, i wouldn't be parking here.
