In general we’ve had good experiences here but today they were backed up, and we waited 40 minutes for a cheese pizza. The manager apologized and said our ticket had been misplaced. But he wouldn’t comp the pizza or offer a coupon for a future pizza, only a cannoli (even though we explained we don’t eat dessert). He then said we were lucky to only wait that long on a Sunday. Very poor service.

If I was on death row and had one last meal it would be their lunch combo but more importantly with the IL VICINO SALAD! Ugh it’s so good, I eat here once a week. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is nice, great air conditioning and that was very much appreciated! The service was exceptional, and multiple employees asked how I was doing throughout my time there. You don't see that a lot these days. It was very nice, and they really made me feel like they were there to serve me. The lasagna was good but not great as the noodles were kind of hard to cut through. The Ceasars salad was a Ceasars salad. Lol
All in all, I will be going back to try something else due to the great service. Also, the meal cost me around $28 for the salad and lasagna not including the tip. It's a little pricey but not terrible.

First time here at Vicino Wood Oven Pizza. Pizza, simple pepperoni was delicious. The kids had a sandwich and weren't big fans but did say they would try another kind of sandwich next time.

Used to love going here, but this is the last time I will be doning at Il Vicinos. Waited nearly 40 min for our food. A couple in front of us ordered, sat down got their food, ate, and left as our food finally was brought out. Management needs an upgrade. Lastly you wait in line, order and pay and expect a tip when we have no idea how the food or service is going to be.
