“Picked up subs today for lunch. Almost a perfect experience. My partner who has celiac got a gluten-free sub and watched the care they took to clean the space to avoid cross-contamination. All really fresh and delicious. And the service was great. Everything felt above and beyond!“

“I stopped by the Central and Columbia location Saturday 4/25 to pick up some Italian subs for me and my wife. The staff was so kind and worked together so well I decided I had to leave a review. It's a chain (a pretty good one as far as that goes) but this crew made it feel like a neighborhood sandwich shop. Kudos to them.“

“Today was the first time we ate here. I always pass by, and I figured i'm going to stop.
It is a bit pricey for 2 sandwiches, but we did get some tea and chips as well. Don't leave out the brownie! It's a cozy little place inside.You also have an option to eat outside. They have a couple of tables outside for dining. I ordered a Turkey sandwich, and my son ordered a bacon ranch. And when he was eating.He said, "This is really good." My son is a sandwich pro, and when he tells you that, believe him, it's good. The Turkey meat on my sandwich tasted so good, compared to other places. I believe for the first time I was eating turkey meat. The parking can be a bit challenging since there's a lot of businesses there, but it's worth a small walk if you have to. I would grab a sandwich from there again.“

Sure, I waited a little longer… but now I know why. Every bite was fresh, my order was made perfectly, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

Funny enough, Subway messing up my order turned out to be the best thing that could’ve happened. Total blessing in disguise. Sometimes the detour leads you to something way better.

“Went to San Mateo location on May 15th at 11:45pm. Ordered a #9 mini. Walked in and a whole baseball team had commandeered the dining room and they had just placed a massive order. On top of another team that didn’t order ahead, and the non stop phone orders, online, and all the food dashers- it was bananas. The crew absolutely was CRUSHING it- staring straight into the belly of the beast and slinging sandwiches as though their lively hoods depend on it! So five stars for the crew. ZERO stars for the customers. Looking at you white guy over 50 demanding his food somehow be magically ready before the fifty others (probably a low ball estimate at that point- could have been 80!) that ordered before you. These are sandwiches. Y’all need to chill and be nicer to the folks busting hump to prep your food that you ordered during the lunch rush. Calm your tatas boys. BTW I ordered a mini and they are HUGE! Great value for the macros.“
