“Food here is fresh, homemade, and delicious with a reasonable price point. (Sides:) Salad bar is ok but not that good, soups are tasty and come with free garlic bread, fries are average. (Mains:) There are no bad options. Burrito/omelete come smothered in chile if you wish and are massive. Great for leftovers. Sandwiches are all delicious. Their specials are also rather good, look for a blackboard by the entrance for when they serve what. All in all you can’t really pick a bad meal here, so don’t be afraid to branch out. (Deserts:) All are good. Cinnamon roll is my preference, reheat at home if you can. (Cost:) meals usually range from $8-12. Cheaper options for a quick bite like soup, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy.Vegetarian options: Options not clearly labeled, but there are a few things to eat here. Not recommended for vegetarians.“

“This sandwich joint has consistently been good. The baguettes taste fresh, the meats are flavorful, and the sauce ratio is spot on. Their sides are good too! My only gripe is that they close at 4:00pm, but that’s fine for lunch. It’s worth trying if you’re tired of your normal lunch routine!“

“I think the negative reviews are lies! I went to 2 different subways and one was completely out of toppings, and the other was closed for construction. Came to this location as a last resort and the staff was extremely welcoming, the place was clean and there was a full selection of meats and toppings. Staff was very friendly and made my sandwhich exactly how I wanted without any attitude. They asked how my day was going as well which I appreciated. Thank you, we will be back!!“

“I wanted to comend two employees at the Gibson location in Albuquerque. They were both super friendly as you walked in the door, the female was super sweet when she handed me my food, and the other gentleman, an African-American man, ran to the aid of an elderly man that was having trouble walking. he then proceeded to assist him to his table. unfortunately, that type of kindness is not seen as much anymore. I commend him for his actions and empathy.“
“I'm a big fan of "my hometown" Jersey Mike's but it sure was a treat for this Midwesterner to order my fave #13 "Mike's way with spices & dressed" with Hatch green chilies! Visited about 12:30 today and place was busy but plenty of mature (i.e., not 18-yr olds with Subway attitudes) staff kept line and sandwiches moving right along. Lots of friendly banter between Staff members and also with patrons, but it didn't seem to slow down the sandwich prep. First time I redeemed Shore Points and was kindly walked thru checking out using those rewards. I've never had a bad sub or experience at my hometown shop and nice those were carried through to this shop!“
“Went to this place at the recommendation of a colleague whom is a local. I got the soup and sandwich he recommended, The Chelsea which has turkey, avocado and green chilis on grilled sour dough. It was very good. The chosen soup was the green chili and chicken which was amazingly good. The service was excellent.“

This location definitely does NOT feel like a restaurant chain/franchise, it definitely has more of a neighborhood friendly restaurant, and all that is accomplished by the owner Steven Baca and his staff.
