Schlotzsky's Deli is a well-maintained restaurant known for its quality food and friendly service. The bread is a highlight, making sandwiches with a perfect crunch and chewy texture, especially the classic Schlotzsky's sandwich. Customers enjoy the bold and flavorful dishes, such as the Giant Deluxe Original on sourdough and the Italian Calzone with marinara. The aroma of Cinnabon often greets visitors, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The interior is clean and recently remodeled, creating a pleasant environment. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, with some reviews praising quick service and others mentioning less engaging front-line workers. Food quality remains consistent, with some comments on toasted bun quality affecting sandwich enjoyment. Many customers appreciate the variety, including salads and soup, which pair well together. Overall, Schlotzsky's Deli offers tasty, authentic food and a good dining experience, especially at its Albuquerque location.
