Every time I swing by to the Five Guys to pick up an order, I noticed this location is always constantly closed. I also noticed there was a lot of angry customers that put notices on your door. And then you finally run yourself out of business.You guys constantly kept your doors locked during the middle of the virus, even when other places were opening, and then you finally ran your business to the ground. I never have been a fan of Jimmy John's, but I'm sad to hear that you put yourself down by not listening to your customers.

Over 2 hrs ago I ordered from Jimmy Johns on Yale and Central. When it had been 1 hr, I called. I was told it was out for delivery and I should receive it any time. I waited and called a half hour later. I was told the General Manager just left and was delivering the order. No apologies. That was 1 hr ago. Total wait time has been 2 hours and 40 minutes. No food. No phone call. I ordered on line with a confirmation email. Office is 5 minutes from location. Over the years, our office has ordered many times from Jimmy Johns. Very disappointed.

Good Sandwiches, but the slowest JJ's I have ever been to. I have not once been 'freaked' by their speed. The place is always clean and the employees generally decent.

I have no idea how his place stays in business. Subway puts more meat and has better tasting sandwiches and are my least favorite. Go to Jersey Mike's for a really Awesome sandwich! I'll never waste my time or money at Jimmy Johns again. Bye.

Our office orders from the Holly location at least 2-3 times a week, so we realize that inevitably something will go wrong. BUT...it you're having manpower issues, and it's going to take 45 minutes to deliver a clearly wrong sandwich, just save us both the trouble and call me to say you're running late and ask if I'd like to keep my order. Because when the wrong sandwich shows up 45 minutes later, and I call to let you know my order was incorrect, AND you tell me that you're too busy to take my call and ask me to call back in a couple hours....Well, that just makes me want to go on Yelp to give you a few customer service pointers.
