I got to sat I love Jimmy John's for their fresh buns daily but not using any mayo and saying that's the way is annoying and u lose a star because jersey Mike's has subs woth mayo and they have cheeseteaks too so they 1 up u on that top smh Jimmy johns im disappointed woth the no mayo and the almost disrespect I got for asking for it

The allowed us to order. They never have a driver, we told them we would pick it up, they says they were closing 10 minutes later and would only cancel our order and now take days to get our money back, get it together already

Delivery of two subs took over a hour. Tried to call the store multiple times, with no answer. When we finally got someone on the line she was extremely rude and told me that’s how long it takes with one delivery driver so to basically “get over it”. No attempt to rectify the situation or even offer an apology. I try to be understanding but this location is constantly like this and the rude employee made the situation 10x worse. If I wanted to wait over an hour I would have door dashed something good to eat. Freaky fast is certainly not how they operate.
I was about to place my order when I noticed between the cash registers that they were advertising some satanic thing which I asked about they said it was a promo for something I do not agree with any business promoting anything satanic I don’t believe this is the jimmy John’s way of doing business but I will not return to this jimmy John’s and I hope jimmy John’s isn’t allowing this if you are I will stop going to any jimmy John’s thanks for the great sandwiches but I will not support a satanic business
