It was my daughter and my 1st time going here. Igave 4 stars for the service because the staff were super friendly and professional. The food is good but I don't think it's all that good for the price and portion size. I guess if we do end up going back it will be because we need something different again from our normal
Nice and friendly.
I'm gonna give this store a 5 star for the simple fact that the manager went out of the way to reach out to tell me there was no avocado for my sandwich and wanted to make it right! Great customer service along with great food!

Jimmy John's offers a true dining experience with kind and friendly staff. The fresh daily buns make up for the lack of mayo. The restaurant is praised for its positive atmosphere and excellent customer service, making it a highly recommended spot for good food and friendly service. The staff work well together and provide a welcoming environment. Customers have enjoyed the delicious sandwiches and appreciate the staff's efforts, such as quickly assembling a large catering order and providing free desserts. However, some customers have reported less friendly service on occasion.
