KūKri - Hot Chicken Tenders in Midtown, Albuquerque serves solid and crispy chicken tenders. Some of the best chicken and waffles ever, with big portions that are Texas worthy. The sliders are just as good. The two slider combo, Korean and breaded, both hot, had heat on point and chicken cooked perfectly. The California burrito is highly recommended and amazing. The Mac and cheese with green chile is a delicious surprise. The banana pudding is a must have and a wisest decision. The waffle is delicious—light, buttery, and perfectly balanced. Staff are friendly, kind, patient, and very accommodating. One person working so orders may take time during busy periods. The area has marijuana distribution, alcohol upstairs, and a hotel with questionable individuals outside. Parking can be tricky, but the lively atmosphere makes up for it. It might not be the easiest spot for a quick pickup order.
