My husband and I went today and it was disappointing! When we entered it smelled badly like tobacco and we immediately thought about not buying anything as we feared it would also taste nasty. We bought only items that were in a refrigerated area as the bread and other pastries that were in contact with the air would most likely have gotten the tobacco flavor. Today I stopped in and bought a cherry strudel at the Le Paris in Cedar Crest. It is delicious, and I'm just sorry that my husband doesn't like cherries and won't help me eat it. The crust is so flaky and light, I'm afraid I might just eat it all! Great customer service too!

Le Paris is a charming bakery with a great view. The bread is delicious and always in high demand. The tarts, especially the raspberry one, are a must-try, not too sweet. However, the napoleon and mousse were disappointing, lacking flavor and texture. The mousse cups were a bit overpriced at $3 each. The bakery interior and display did not leave a good impression. Despite some misses, Le Paris is loved by many for its freshly baked bread and delightful tarts.
