They were already cleaning the machines that had my favorite flavors and it was only 8:30!! Employees shouldn’t
sacrifice a customer’s experience just so they can leave earlier. Funny they don’t even close until 11:00!
Cute place, was clean. The flavors were good but the Oreos were stale and tasted like dirt. Good spot for the kids to enjoy some sweets
I used to enjoy coming here after church, but lately it’s been a bit much. For three people, it ends up costing around $50 which feels excessive for self-serve frozen yogurt with standard toppings. On top of that, there’s a prompt to tip, even though the staff’s main responsibility is restocking and keeping the place clean which is expected in any food establishment. I regularly eat at places where the staff actually prepares the food and they don’t even ask for tips. Unfortunately, this spot just isn’t my go-to anymore.
So sad, we used to love this menchies. Has gone downhill! Will have to drive all the way to Paseo to get our fix! Machines don't work half the time and terrible selection.
Love the pineapple, Froyo. With pineapple chunks. Clean place the kid at the counter was very friendly and took care of us right away.

Was amazing great customer service
This was the only time I was temporarily unhappy with this place. But I called and explained the problem, and Joshua solved it with a smile. Great customer service is super hard to come by, but this place hits the highbar every time. Good job Menchies!!!!
