This was the only time I was temporarily unhappy with this place. But I called and explained the problem, and Joshua solved it with a smile. Great customer service is super hard to come by, but this place hits the highbar every time. Good job Menchies!!!!

I loved the pure chocolate, black cherry, NY cheesecake is to die for.
Coconut is so smooth and delish.
Dulce de leche is sweet and creamy but the pineapple and fruit punch we an amazing swirl combo ..
Bella and Lillian were so sweet and welcoming to us and everyone else that walked in the doors.
Creating a comforting and fun environment.. can’t wait to come back again
