Pepper 1 is an exceptional restaurant in the south valley. The Tom Kha, tofu curries, and tofu pad Thai are all delicious. Everything tastes homemade because it is! Chicken Pho and California Roll were delicious. The Hubby had the Mongolian Beef. He finally found a dish spicy enough for his liking.... we will definitely be back.

The Chicken Pho and California Roll were delicious, and the Mongolian Beef was spicy enough for one customer's liking. This is the best Asian food restaurant in all of New Mexico. There is a huge selection of offerings, expertly crafted plates with extreme care given to presentation and any preferences identified by customer. The platters are savory and delicious with huge servings, and very timely between order and food arriving at table. This family business is well worth the trip. The owner will remember you from one visit to the next. The quality of the sushi is amazing especially for the price, and the staff is very friendly. The Japanese Korean Chinese and Vietnamese options are not lacking in flavor or quality. It is perfect for groups who want variety. Pepper 1 is the best in Albuquerque for many things: amazing and fresh sushi, flavorful pho, delicious curry dishes, crab Rangoons and so much more. The owner is very friendly and inviting.
