The Bahama mama and main squeeze drinks a my favorite! Love changing it up with the shake options! The ladies are always so friendly and inviting! Calling in orders is very helpful!

I stopped in post-workout to get a protein shake and I got the white chocolate Snickers. This was my first time coming in here and the two girls at the counter were absolutely amazing. The shake was delicious and I will definitely be stopping in after a workout again. The shakes were packed with protein, have low sugar content, and they are only 200 calories.

Literally my go to place for lift up both physical and mental. Blessed to find this place through coworker. Went through a late in life pregnancy and Rise kept me on track. Wonderfully healthy yummy protein shakes and addictive teas. Appreciate staff for always giving a good day smile. Just the best.
Parking: Busy strip mall but never run out of spaces quick access back onto major roadway and highway.
Kid-friendliness: I respect the support of family here. Kiddos are welcome and treated super sweet.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lager then average open area when entering, plenty of room mobile chairs.

I had a hot lime concoction that is absolutely delicious. Loaded with vitamins and bursting with flavor. Great for a cold day. I look forward to coming back.
