This is a hard one to write. I’ve been to Slice Parlor over 50 times and love it. But it’s time we broke up. Slice Parlor CONSISTENTLY pisses me off. They treat their customers like crap and are managed so poorly. For example, today (July 4th) there’s no way to find out if they’re open or closed. BUT I can order online. Normally a great place to go but I was unfortunately overcharged $6 for my meal and the manager refused to offer any sort of partial refund. They gave me a coupon for a slice of cheese pizza which is less than the amount they took extra from me. The manager kept shifting blame to the staff instead of actually apologizing for something she definitely had the power to fix which was extra infuriating because our waiter was actually extremely kind and helpful! ordered 2 pizzas to go. Chloe the woman taking our order was annoyed that we took extra time to order...my aunt had just came to town for the evening before continuing on her business trip. Chloe had an attitude and was rude.
