Always short staffed it seems. Did a mobile order, arrived and checked in 10 minutes after order. Had to wait another 14 minutes for a single item and drink with only 2 cars in parking lot at the time.
Over the last few year this place has just got slower and slower. Last time, there wasn't much of a line and it still took 20 minutes for a simple order. It is sad because this used to be our go to with how close it is to our house. Now we drive the extra few minutes to the one on Coors to avoid sitting in line so long. The one good thing about this place is the food is always good.
Margaret gave exceptional customer service !! She made sure she got our order correct and gave us options on what sauces we would like ! We will definitely come back to this sonic !
