“It’s like having seven different restaurants inside your favorite sports bar! It’s a friendly, low-key place to catch the Lobos, NFL or whatever you want. Almost as many screens as seats. Beer and shots only, but there’s also a full bar 50 feet away if you dig the mixology scene when you’re watching your game.(Moonwalk). I work downtown so I can sneak away during the workday for tennis majors, world cup and other international stuff, as well. A downtown secret gem.“

“Had a birthday party for 20 last night with a Taco Bar. Food was absolutely delicious! We had private room upstairs, Arianna was our server and did an amazing job getting drink orders up fast! She handled everything like a rock star! The atmostphere was fun, and included all aged adults. Thank you for the hospitality, and cudos to the General Manager, Fonz for creating a great staff and atomostphers!! All around greatness!!“

“Came in 9/28/25 Allie was great waitress food was on point, Allie turned two tv’s to our games. Tried there again tonight the waitress wasn’t so nice, all sweet with my man walked away when I ordered. So we just left. We are spending our money here we should both get treated the same. Sad day“

“This bar is the kind of bar where you really don't need to go anywhere else. Stop by and you be glad you did. Plenty of TVs for any game going on. Great atmosphere and friendly people of all types come to just hang out,talk sports or just grab a bite to eat. I'll definitely go back!“

“Visited early dinner, so it wasn’t too busy. Asked the waitress what she’ll recommend, and the chicken was chosen based on the recommendation. And let me tell you - it was amazing! Very flavorful, juicy, really one of the best I ever had! Cold beers and nice scenery of course… you can’t go wrong :)

“The venue claims to be accommodating for ADA requirements. And while they may be, it truly is not accommodating. I contacted the venue months in advance to our concert to confirm the accommodations. I was told that we would be upstairs on the balcony, that this was the designated area for ADA. But upon arriving to the venue. We were advised otherwise. The seats were set up under the balcony, nearly midway to the back of the venue. Tucked in a small corner. There was no way we would be able to see over the people standing infront of us. The "landlord" was incredibly rude and told multiple people that he was "sorry his employees don't know everything " yet multiple people were told the same information we were. He told multiple people if they weren't happy with how they could "cater" to us, that they could get a refund and leave. he even said that my mother, in a wheelchair could sit against the barricade and that he didnt care. while other venues advised this was not legally safe. The band was incredible. The venue staff and the landlord had zero disregard for their disabled guests. Very disappointed in the venue and lack of proper accommodations. I will never be returning“

“It's difficult to eat here if you have gluten issues. I was able to find something small and tasty that met my needs but the selections were very limited.

“Greg was incredibly attentive and welcoming, even though we only ordered water and fries since we planned to eat elsewhere after our session. He never made us feel rushed or unwelcome — instead, he remained genuinely hospitable and accommodating the entire time.“

“Came in to have a drink and kill some time before 505 Food Fights. This place is a perfect example of an old school dive bar, the service is friendly and fast, the glasses are chilled and there's an old cigarette machine! If dives are your vibe, I definitely recommend this Effingbar when on the west side of town. :)“

“I took my mom here for an early Mother's Day meal. The hostess was very pleasant and seated us almost immediately. Our server Mykayla (sp) was awesome. Most of the channels had baseball or basketball or golf on them and my mom asked if it would be possible to change the channel to Tennis as my mom is a tennis fan. Our server asked and the channel was changed to Tennis. We each ordered the fish and chips and both of them were very good. Although the fries, (mine were regular and my moms were sweet potato) were not quite as hot as they could have been, they were still edible. We asked to speak to a manager after we paid our bill to compliment our server. The manager, Yukari was quite pleased to hear about the service. She said she usually hears complaints more than compliments. I would definitely recommend eating here.“

“My family and I went to the other one on Coors closer to I-40 service was horrible. We got seated before a family of 7 did and we waited at least over 30 min after we still didn't get our order for at least our drinks nothing happened and seemed like we got ignored, so we got up and left without a word and no one tried to say anything or stop and ask us what's wrong so we left and went to the one further down Coors were we where greeted and seated. Our server/waiter was awesome "Jordan" he made sure that we were taken care of and had everything we needed and ordered. At the end of our dinner/lunch he gave us a box and to go drink. Once again Thank you "Jordan" for making an experience go from bad to good.“

“We went as a family on a Monday night before one of our kids went back to college.
Ordered fried pickles hardly any breading at all. They were not crunchy at all, either. The adjective i would use is soggy - a huge disappointment. They did choose a very good dill pickle. The salad was good. The other items ordered were ok but forgotten.“

“Food was pretty good. I just had a bacon cheese burger and fries. Reasonably priced in today’s standards. Restaurant was clean. Food arrive within a reasonable time. Wife had the chicken tortilla soup which she thought was a bit spicy but tasted fine to me. Service was so so. Took the order and brought the food.“
