Service was great. Staff was friendly and easy to converse with. Wasn't a fan of the homeless people hanging around though. And my drink was a tad watery than it usually is, but still good. My main complaint was the homeless people hanging by the entrance and inside. I usually like to stay and study and have a snack and another cup of coffee but this time I didn't.
This location executes my favorite drink perfectly, the matcha iced latte half coconut milk half oat milk, light ice, 1 pump brown sugar 1 pump honey blend . Not only that but the staff here know me by name and they start punching in my order when they see me walking through the door. Where else are you going to get this kind of service? The dining room is usually fairly empty so I sometimes take advantage of that and drink inside or meet a friend or co worker here for drinks....read full review
