“I had an outstanding experience at Subway today thanks to Dennis. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my order perfect. He took his time, made sure everything was fresh, and paid attention to every detail. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days, and Dennis truly went above and beyond.

You can tell he takes pride in his work and treats every customer with respect. He made my visit enjoyable and is a big reason I’ll be coming back to this location. “The Tea really sucks. I mean get anything else. Seriously. Subway Tea here is like bathing in lukewarm water because you have too. You need to be clean, but damn if only it were a little bit better. And so you just sit there thinking about how it could be better making a worse experience. Well the Tea is just enough to barely taste, and it's exactly the right temperature to make it like drinking water water with a hint of leaf. That all being said, the sandwich was really awesome, actually the best sandwich I've had at any Subway, and Tyler went out of his way to make the experience easier altogether. I am in a wheelchair, so he gave me curbside delivery. Very good service. Especially considering the weather was pouring down earlier, and the wind was still up.“

“Best Subway experience Ive had!

Customer service was on point, I was attended to quickly and with kindness. I liked that they gave me an option to eat in house or to go, and I appreciated that they gave me information on the deals happening that day. The lobby was immaculate and so was the food service area and the employee work area. The employees were kind to one another and seemed to work well together.

The food was great; everything was fresh and they followed my directions on how I wanted my sandwich perfectly.

I used to work at Subway and this location goes above and beyond the standards required. I could tell they have a good baker, as the cookies and bread that they make in house were perfect. Best Subway in Albuquerque!“

“Best Subway sandwich ever!!I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she started my sandwich perfectly. Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted.Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. I also love spinach and he, without judgement, gave me as much as my heart desired.They both were pleasant and while it was a short visit we had moments of laughter.As a business owner— I love positive reviews and as an employee I love receiving praise for a job well done.Thank you Thank you both!“

“The guy working at this subway at around 730pm did an amazing job! He was working alone and still perfected all 3 orders. Does anyone realize he could walk and we all would've been left hungry, waiting on a loved one in the hospital. Lovelace is rough. The front desk staff sucks. “The customer service was amazing, but the temperature of the restaurant was WAY too hot, it is completely against health codes for the owners to neglect the repairs of air-conditioning. Customers and employees are sweating just being in the building. It was just as hot if not hotter inside the building than outside and it was high nineties as of the posting of this review.“

“I came in last week and big difference here the heavy set women was a little mean but she got my food made correctly. My subway was toasted nicely and my cheese was melted perfectly. I travele a lot and subway is my go to fast cheep and easy to eat on the road.“

“I used to come to this location a lot, but it fell off a while ago. I came back today out of curiosity, and it's turned around for the better! I spoke to the new manager, Anna, and I was assured the staff is working to make the store as good as it can be. I will definitely be returning!“

He asked us if we’d like to sample different sauces to see if we’d like it on our sandwich or not. Overall was extremely friendly, hard working and simply is good at what he does. “The sandwich artists today were extremely pleasant, helpful with my questions, and efficient at their jobs. The food is delicious as always! The store, however, is terribly hot, even compared to the 75 degree F day outside! It was said that the cost of turning on the air was keeping management/corporate from doing so. These employees are spending hours working in a very hot building and it seems dangerous to put employees in that situation. It's shameful as a company to insist on these conditions. To whomever made this decision, please do better.“

“At first it was a little offsetting when entering. Due to it being a small location you could see the need to be patient. The menus changed and that's awesome. The workers need a minute to trust your visits, reasonably so. It's ABQ. The food is always amazing and they lighten up once you've been there a few times. It's a great spot to eat in if you like the tables or booths. Always clean and great vibes.“

“Today I went to this Subway because the one near my house it's not as good anymore or as clean. The place was really clean, the 2 employees were very friendly. The lady who helped me super nice. She mention she came from another store to help out and she did my food perfectly making sure that everything was done as I wanted. I will be coming back here.“

“This may seem dramatic but this last visit at this subway made me a sandwich so good I started liking subway again.

Subway tends to be the absolute last option on my list when my family goes out to eat. Other subways in Albuquerque just do not meet the mark consistently. But it was extremely good (as good as a chain sub restaurant can be anyway!) and props for the young guy working with the goatee. My friends cross section of cut sandwhich looks like it should be at a garden party“

“If you are at the hospital this place is a godsend, especially on Sundays because the restaurant in the hospital closes super early on Sundays. It's right next to the Lomas entrance of hospital, so its super close. Quick, polite, fresh and open relatively late compared to other places to eat close by.“
