“I’ve been coming to this location for a while and I’m upset at myself for not writing this review sooner. I’ve always been greeted promptly, the food is always fresh, and my online orders are always correct. I’ve seen different faces through the years , nevertheless they have all been great at their job and provide great customer service ! Great job to this location and keep up the great work! I will be back!“

“The guys they have working there are awesome, very friendly, kind, and helpful with suggestions to make your sandwich taste better.This Subway could improve by not charging for green chile and by quieting down the annoying doorbell that sounds every time someone opens the door.Other than those things, it is one of my favorite Subways.“

“I think the negative reviews are lies! I went to 2 different subways and one was completely out of toppings, and the other was closed for construction. Came to this location as a last resort and the staff was extremely welcoming, the place was clean and there was a full selection of meats and toppings. Staff was very friendly and made my sandwhich exactly how I wanted without any attitude. They asked how my day was going as well which I appreciated. Thank you, we will be back!!“

“I wanted to comend two employees at the Gibson location in Albuquerque. They were both super friendly as you walked in the door, the female was super sweet when she handed me my food, and the other gentleman, an African-American man, ran to the aid of an elderly man that was having trouble walking. he then proceeded to assist him to his table. unfortunately, that type of kindness is not seen as much anymore. I commend him for his actions and empathy.“

“It was a good sandwich, I got the bella which is always a good choice for me. They seem to be consistent even though every time I go in they have new people, welcome to the fast food world. “Well, unlike Burger King at the Spokane airport, these folks do honor coupons, and they don't charge more just because hospital visitors are a captive consumer. Sandwich artists are friendly and jovial. Veggies seem a bit fresher than their other locations, which have been having a rough time for the past 4 or 5 years.Wheelchair accessibility: They're in a major hospital, so everything is wheelchair friendly.“

“Best Subway sandwich ever!!I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she started my sandwich perfectly. Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted.Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. I also love spinach and he, without judgement, gave me as much as my heart desired.They both were pleasant and while it was a short visit we had moments of laughter.As a business owner— I love positive reviews and as an employee I love receiving praise for a job well done.Thank you Thank you both!“

“I absolutely love LOVE this Subway location! This location definitely does NOT feel like a restaurant chain/franchise, it definitely has more of a neighborhood friendly restaurant, and all that is accomplished by the owner Steven Baca and his staff. The staff is very friendly and engaging, and Steven has always gone way above and beyond on making sure his customers are happy. I’ve had a few hiccups on ordering through the Subway App, but Steven has always been more then accommodating in rectifying the situation. If your thinking about getting a Subway sandwich I definitely recommend coming to this location. ??“

“Alex was our sandwich artist. He was all by himself (blew my mind) and he got SLAMED with EIGHT sandwiches orders. It was clear he was new and I found out later a newer employee didn't show up for work. He handled us all well. I really felt sorry he was by himself! He said the manager called him in the morning to tell him the new employee would not be there... SOOOO where was his manager?? The manager never showed up either! Shameful!“

“I love this one, my wife takes me here. Twice a week, we get the same thing. Italian subs, the guy there is the manager. Great man, always make sure we're took in care of and blessed didn't get his name, but he works seconds. He needs a raise, thank you, manager guy.“

“As another reviewer mentions, you already know what a Subway is like in terms of the food. This one is notable in terms of its friendly and welcoming customer service, even during periods of rush. They were slammed yesterday and the manager told me that he'd kept one employee over hours and called another in early - yet both of these young people were friendly ("So how's your day going?," while making my sandwich in the middle of a rush), upbeat and completely efficient. An off-duty employee bringing in paperwork ran to get the door for me as I entered. And the place was totally clean and I got out of there in a flash, despite the fact that the line I saw when I pulled up was almost daunting enough to prevent me from entering. And my sandwich was a top-notch Subway sandwich! Kudos to the manager for running the place so well and to the employees for their work ethic and spirit - visit this Subway outlet with confidence.“

“Victor was working today by himself and he was overwhelmed, but he did do a good job, he kept his stride and got everybody served. “The door dasher accidentally forgot to bring my sides and when I called the store explaining the situation with missing items, and that I was sick, the subway employee actually brought me the missing items. Even though this was a DoorDash issue ( the dasher wouldn’t respond and their reporting missing items feature on the app doesn’t work) this store made it their mission to extend excellent service!“

“I've been to this location at least 4 times this month and every time we've gone in it's been a good experience. The sandwiches have been very good and the employees have all been really nice and accommodating. The Subway was clean every time we went in. So overall a great experience. We hadn't eaten there in 6 years because it was so so horrible but I'm glad we gave them another try they really exceeded our expectations. Great job Subway!! “Roman hands down is the best sandwich artist! He is professional and one thing i got to highlight is his food handling practices which you dont see alot in many other establishments, but he changes gloves constantly, he washes his hands prior to preparing the sub or after handling money and is constantly cleaning! He has a great attitude!“
