Love it here! This is my daughter's favorite restaurant. We are going to be ordering for her birthday dinner as well! Just found out who the owners are and they are splendid, amazing people 😀 👏 Oh and the Mochi ice cream was sooo good👍 not only do they have killer sushi rolls with a wide variety that is tasty and easy to choose from, I highly recommend the Ramen. Top choice in town. Oh, and tea! They just have all the things you want in a sushi shop🍣 😋😻😻😻 I don't remember the price, which means I must not have been shocked by it. All great multiple experiences. That is how I like it.

Arrived for a date tonight, were sat down towards the back of the restaurant and got water and miso, but afterwards we were not helped at all for 30 or so minutes as others who arrived well after us were given their orders. Took menus back to the front and left, zero hospitality skills here.

I love this family. When you walk in, you’re a special guest in their restaurant. I love my Orange Chicken Bento Box. The miso soup makes me tear up, it’s so loving. Especially after a night of rocking at The Launchpad one block away. Thank you for the experience.

The servers Leon and Sanka were great and extremely proficient. They were very friendly and served our ever need. The food was great and very filling. The plum wine was also amazing and smelt like cherries.

pork cutlet was bland and so thin it was dry. tempura was a bit oily, the crunch is there. they don't season the rice they make for the sushi, the rice doesn't stick, I'm certain they don't even use Japanese rice. unfortunately would not recommend.

Sushi Hana is amazing. Would give more stars. They have always been great and will continue to be. Last I went there oct 7th and their service was stellar. They work as a team, are very cordial and attentive. Our waitress was amazing.
The food was outstanding. The sushi was flavorful and well presented, the squid salad was as tasty and tender as it ever was; and the Ramen...was absolutely the best ramen I've ever had anywhere in my 44 years of life, and believe me I have tried what I thought was every ramen shop in Albuquerque. Sushi Hana beats them all, hands down. Get the Miso ramen with beef and swe what I mean! The flavors, the eggs, the broth, the delicious beef seasoned perfectly... my mouth is watering thinking about it. I literally turned into Naruto after eating it. 11/10
