I placed an order for seven rolls it's one of their bulk orders that you can place I chose chef's choice, And to my great surprise they added $30 surcharge for open food charge which was wild to me I don't think I'll go back.

pork cutlet was bland and so thin it was dry. tempura was a bit oily, the crunch is there. they don't season the rice they make for the sushi, the rice doesn't stick, I'm certain they don't even use Japanese rice. unfortunately would not recommend.

Sushi Hana is amazing. Would give more stars. They have always been great and will continue to be. Last I went there oct 7th and their service was stellar. They work as a team, are very cordial and attentive. Our waitress was amazing.
The food was outstanding. The sushi was flavorful and well presented, the squid salad was as tasty and tender as it ever was; and the Ramen...was absolutely the best ramen I've ever had anywhere in my 44 years of life, and believe me I have tried what I thought was every ramen shop in Albuquerque. Sushi Hana beats them all, hands down. Get the Miso ramen with beef and swe what I mean! The flavors, the eggs, the broth, the delicious beef seasoned perfectly... my mouth is watering thinking about it. I literally turned into Naruto after eating it. 11/10

I used to go to this place all the time in years past. So when I was going to be downtown today, I decided to go in. The pricing has gotten a bit higher, but I love their sushi. I love how they slice it where it’s not too big. It’s just easy to eat. We were seated in the sun room area and it was a little hot and I thought it was wonderful that they turned on the fans and they actually had a portable air conditioner that they turned on because I said I was hot. Very accommodating very nice. They were pretty busy at this time and I thought our waitress was very tentative. The food did not take long. My pictures are very close because we were very hungry and couldn’t wait to eat and forgot to take the photos.

Excellent food and a great staff. Always take care of us when we come in. One of our favorites! Highly recommend the vegetarian sushi rolls - especially the Miami roll.
I always order the Chicken Fried Rice and it's always great! But this time it tasted sweet. Not a fan of sweet. Nice to get Miso Soup before the meal. Tasty!!

The food tasted good but the hospitality wasn’t great. It took them extremely long to take our order. & once order was received no one checked in on our table once. We had to go to them if we wanted anything (due to them never coming) & our waiter left & never attended to our table
