“So today During 12-1pm I came in got my usual Order and They messed it up and I came back at 10:30pm and The MOD Jouane or Jovane Was very kind and Good customer service And fixed my order I brought back and Made it again no problem, he fixed the Day shift’s mistake!!! Him and his crew Are awesome people thank you!!!“

“Better than the average Taco Bell in Albuquerque. Pays attention to customizations on items in app orders. Like extra beans, cheese, onions, red sauce on a bean and cheese burrito. If you haven’t tried it, you should.

“I love this Taco Bell. The tacos are always great, and the food overall is consistently good. The inside can be a bit in disarray at times, but the service is solid and the staff is usually quick and helpful. Despite the occasional mess, I enjoy coming here and will continue to return.“

“I came here for some quick food before work, and this is by far one of the cleanest Taco Bell locations I have ever visited. They made my food right too, which is great of course (you can tell when your crunchwrap has the right stuff put in). I just wish this location was open later, like the one a few minutes away on Coors.“

“there was a young Guy who had started his first day and had accidentally placed our order with a couple errors. my wife and I weren't in a hurry and once we got our order (which cost us $67.00 for my wife a friend and myself. But to be honest we did endulge in a little bit of everything) we sat down to eat and when I explained to the counter server that we we got an order that was incorrect, however the receipt showed that it was entered incorrectly. The employee proceeded to go ahead and make the order we originally wanted at $0.00 cost as well as adding two coupons for 1 free crunchy, soft or Doritos Loco taco 🌮. very good customer service!“

Vegetarian options: Used to have great Veggie burritos but very limited selection now, and black bean quality is inconsistent sometimes they're drained sometimes they're a wet mess“

“I don't know who was working the night of the 30th, but he was awesome. Super friendly, patient, and even labeled all of our burritos?! First time that has even happened, made it 100xs easier to sort out who's food was who's.“

“My chalupa was hard as a rock and the rest of my food was cold. I infrequently frequent this place late night because I work after when most places close. I super appreciate that they are open late night but tonight the food was pretty bad. Usually it’s pretty alright, which is what you should expect from Taco Bell. “Service is always prompt at this location, hardly ever is there a line not taken care of. Even during lunch hour rush, the drive thru is moving quickly enough. Food is on par for what you'd expect going to taco bell. I typically use the app when ordering from this location and never have to worry about whether or not my order is correct, they're astute and observant to the requests on every order.“

“I usually go in on weekends when I have to work on saturday. But the weekend staff is very friendly store is clean. The young lady or should I say the older young lady who works the drive-thru is very friendly and she's part of the reason why I keep coming back.“

“A few years ago when I would eat here it would be terrible service terrible food they could never get my order right and they always had an attitude when I asked for my food to be fresh and to be made a certain way I would get disrespected by the manager and the customer service agent that was working that day I don't understand why you would hire children to do an adult job! Well I did go today and it was a little bit better as far as the quality of the food but the service could still be better stop hiring children to be adults if you are going to hire children you should teach them how to be adults in your business“

“This Taco Bell was completely out of line for serving tacos with absolutely no substance in them at all. If I wanted to eat a shell, I would have went across the street to smith's. And then every tacos was broken and or crushed but still messed up my order. I won't be sending anyone there. I'm disappointed in you guys for the service as well.“
