my wife and myself love the cheesecake factory . we always order the same, myself the mushroom burger my wife the fried shrimp. we never look at the menu. may 23,2025 we were told both meals were no longer on the menu. we are very disappointed. recently you also removed our favorite fried zucinni from the menu but they will still make it for us .by the way you have the best mai tais in the world and the best food we still love you
This was my family's first time eating at Cheesecake Factory. We walked in to make reservations for 16 people. Front desk employee had absolutely no customer service. The first thing we've noticed was that serving utensils were just placed out on the open table. Which we thought was grossed.
Food was a disappointment. Most of the food that we ordered was bland. Steak knives were not given upon serving.
The key lime mango cheesecake with its crunchy chewy crust is to die for!
