I sat at the drive thru waiting to take my order for maybe three minutes... I place my order with two cars in front of me, then wait 20 minutes to get to the window... once I get to the window some dude tells me "oh I'm sorry, we don't have any thawed patties and will take about 15/20 minutes..... wait what the hell, why did you not say that when I placed my two Jr. bacon cheeseburgers??? I had already gave them my cash and I was on break from work so said to just cancel my order...read full review
