We have been going to Sabroso for three years or so. Last year we went a couple of times and we were very disappointed. I recently read a review that things were better. Let me tell you Saturday night they were fabulous and on point. Everything was wonderful. The beet salad was fresh and lightly dressed, the clam special was super flavorful, and the we also had the NY Strip special with a shrimp and crab sauce. We had an out of town guest and, as usual, went to Sabroso for dinner. The food is always great, so that's what we expected and that's what we got. Our guest was really impressed. This is someone who knows good food.
What a wonderful find. We had the fish and chips, as well as the pot pie.It was scrumptious, and the atmosphere was wonderful, service impeccable. My only regret is that we hadn't tried it sooner!
