Today I ordered through the drive through. A breakfast burrito and coffee. Waited over an hour. All I got of my order was cold coffee. I finally went inside and found chaos. The workers were trying to find customers' orders. They asked me several times what I had ordered. I asked for my money back and that took another 20 minutes. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. Not even an apology for the wait and poor service.
