Bosque Brewery offers a solid experience, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The hummus platter was a highlight—tasty and well-portioned—while the beer selection was well-executed across the board. However, the atmosphere fell a bit flat. The staff wasn’t rude, but they also weren’t particularly engaging, which made the experience feel a little impersonal.

Before coming to Bosque we had went to The Block and we were super disappointed. We came to Bosque and we had the best experience! The waitress was amazing super sweet and helpful! The food and beer was amazing as well.

The menu is limited. I got the birria street tacos. Very small portions. There were 4 small crunchy tacos with a small ramikin of corn. The other half of the plate was tortilla chips. The salsa didn't have any heat but the birria broth was fire. I would have given all this 3 stars but the beer was great and the service was good.
