The atmosphere was not great but not terrible because we ordered in the drive thru and it took 5 minutes for us to get to the screen... Anyways delicious food... Rude drive thru employee... “I order from this location quite a bit. Chicken (fried pieces, strips, wings [bone-in, and other; signature hot is 🔥🔥🔥]), fish sandwich when they have it (love!!!), sides; it's a 9 out of ten for quality.
It seems whenever I order delivery from here...I'd say at least 7 out of 10 times something is missing/wrong.
THAT being said...if you have the time to pick up in store, go through the drive-thru, or want to dine in...service is 9 out of 10 fast, not overly friendly but not rude, and I've never had issues getting my order fixed...“

“Placed an order online. Requested all drums. Order took half hour to prepare. All good. Picked it up and got home to find that they weren't all drums. Paid about 1.50 for the upgrade. Call Mgr. He said since I already ate the meal there wasn't anything he could do. I really didn't want to wait another half hr for a new order. Total of 1 hr. Didnt want a free meal. Just wanted a credit of 1.50. Come on WS. Take care of your customers better. Wings were STILL good and I will STILL be back.“
