We don't come to this chilis often but we definitely won't be coming back to this location. Basically we were told it was a 5-10 minute wait to sit which was fine. We were sat pretty quickly and another group was sat after us. We watched as the waiter went to them took their order and got their drinks. I wait seating in the bar , for long time,bar tender ignoring me.. terrible service, waitress too never came back. chili's go to hell 🤬🤬🤬
We eat out a lot and I can not remember the last time we had such terrible service! And it was about 2pm today, with not that many customers at all. Very slow service to be seated. We actually had to go search for someone to seat us after waiting several minutes at the door! Almost ten more minutes until a server brought our menus.
