Terribly run establishment! We got there and put our names on the list. We were told 45 minutes even though half of the restaurant was empty tables. That’s fine, having served for many years I understand that they can be shorthanded or something and had to close off a section. I asked if we could sit up at the bar since there were several open seats. The interaction with the hostess was so awkward and she didn’t make any sense. She said it’s a 45 min wait for dine in or bar because their kitchen is backed up. I explained we were fine to wait for food and just wanted to sort and order drinks and an app. She wouldn’t allow that. The whole thing was so weird. I asked to speak to a manager to better explain. His name was Casey and he was just as awkward and unhelpful as the hostess. I never got rude or angry, just wanted a better explanation than what they were giving. All the people in the waiting room said the same thing…they felt like the whole situation was weird as well. I can’t really convey how strange it all was with words…

I suggest you avoid this Chili's. The staff is mediocre at best. They don't listen to customers and their payment method rarely works properly (overcharged, duplicate charges, etc.). I went in because there weren't that many cars in the parking lot - now I know why. There are more places to go than Chili's on Hwy/NM-528. If you go here anyway, don't act surprised when they screw up/forget part of your order. This Chili's (in Bernalillo) would screw up a bread sandwich and still expect you to tip.

Arrived at restaurant at 9:40pm. 4 waitresses were too busy cleaning and sweeping to seat us. Hostess was busy sweeping and was disappointed we didn't want to sit in lounge. She stated it would be 5 or 10 minutes and she continued to sweep. She then very slowly cleaned off a table. After waiting about 7 minutes, watching 3 other waitresses chat in a booth, one waitress approached us and said that it would be faster for us to sit in the lounge. There were 4 tables full in regular dining and lounge was about 3/4 full with many dirty tables. We didn't feel welcome to stay and chose to leave.

Ordered delivery today, through their app. The app proceeded as normal, telling us our order had been delivered. The problem was, was that the ordered food was never delivered. We called the driver "Gilberto" and he said he was two minutes out. Twenty minutes later, no "Gilberto". Called the Chilis and got the "It's not our responsibility, once the food has been taken by the driver". If I could give a negative star rating I would. Avoid this place, like it serves Ebola as an appetizer.

My sister Freda Baird got her and I stakes delivered and I never seen a 6oz stake as small as it was it was the size of a pack of short cigarettes,and it looked like someones is had cut part of it off,and my sister's was tough she didn't even finish it,it was one of the worst meal I have had in a long time and to topp it off it was delivered to the house across the street from us we had to go get it I think they should refund her cash or replace the meals,at this point we won't be ordering from chill's again and we did like there service before this I'm highly disappointed with them at this point and I'm going to get the word out that how bad it was they need to change something so this isn't happening no more? un hi

The girl they have in the front shouldn't be allowed to treat with living beings. The manager should know that except for deliveries of alcoholic beverages, it is unnecessary to ask for ID if the person clearly looks older than 35 years of age (that's the law) and my in-law is 70 years old, so... come on. It was fun though to see her drinking a virgin piña colada like if she was a kid. The clearly overworked girl that attended our table (our waitress) did her best and the food was ok, but because of all those other things our experience was bad. Not coming back and not recommending anybody to go there. P.S.: And as always, the same response from the owners (looks to me like an automatic response), which makes me think that they don't have the intention of solving those problems. Good luck staying in bussiness with that attitude.
My husband and I went in for a quick lunch on a Saturday at 2pm. The restaurant was not busy at all. We waited about 5 minutes before someone would come up front to be seated. Your host could not be bothered. She looked around a practicality empty restaurant to find us a table, found us a table that had to be cleaned. She sprayed it, went over with a brown paper and left. The table was soaking wet, she put down the 2 menus they were soaking wet. We moved over to another cleaned dry table. She came over to tell us we couldn't sit at that table. To go back to the wet table and wait till she dried it. Who needs that!!!! I'm a customer coming to your restaurantNever visiting this place again.!!!!!

The serviceat this location is usually the highlight. However, they are usually short staffed, so the wait is a little long if you want a dining room seat. Food is OK but not great for casual dining. Overall, it's just average.

We were a family group of seven and we were there around 6pm seated after only waiting a couple of minutes waitress was great food was out in a good timely manner and our meals were great my steak was cooked correctly as I asked always a good experience there .
