We have been dining here since they opened. The last 3 to 4 visits have not been great. The service has declined. For example when we got there it took 10 minutes just to be greeted and get our name on the wait list. Another family showed up behind us and got sat before we did. I believe its a 1st come 1st serve policy. It takes along time to get your food. Sunday scaries! Not when Marcelino aka Lino and Samantha aka Sam are working as the best dynamic duo I’ve ever seen. Call them Batman and Robin of Chili’s lounge area, not only do they poses the ability to keep the area as clean as ever but yet, handle guests and parties from 1-10. They are attentive and friendly and the top notch pair around these parts of Rio Rancho fighting hunger one entree at a time.
The service was amazing our waitress made sure everything was going good and she was very attentive. I believe her name is jazzy.
