Abysmal service. Ordered online and upon arrival was told they didn't get the order. After some prodding, they in fact had received the order but hadn't prepared it. Had to wait on the food, was told they were out of fries (seriously?) then got home and discovered we'd been shorted several items.

Bernalillo Churches is the best chicken I've had. It was crispy fresh and hot and it didn't take long to get my order the gravy was hot and the mash potatoes were fresh too. Great job thank you Churches chicken now that's the way food is supposed to be perfect experience.

My experience today was nothing short of excellent Dakota help me out. I’m usually a very indecisive person and usually get uncomfortable when I don’t know exactly what I want. Dakota help me out figure out exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. This man is golden thank you Dakota. I will definitely be coming back to this specific churches because of the hospitality and customer service.

Awful waiting times, waited 45 min for a 16-piece meal even though there was no one in line. The cashier and cook were arguing in the back. Don't eat here unless you like waiting for mediocre chicken and poor customer service. I've been here multiple times, and it's always the same thing with items missing and waiting longer for stuff i could have made at home. Just close this location already or hire staff that is aware they have a job.

Large fries cost $5.49?! That's almost as much as the 5 piece tenders which is $7.89. Something doesn't make sense!

One employee was outside with a man laying on the sidewalk. He called 911 then he told us in the drive thru that they weren’t taking orders due to a medical emergency. I asked if he was the only employee on duty? He responded with this man is non responsive. I said, I guess that’s a yes, only in Albuquerque. Two cars in the drive thru left

Service was good, however after getting home with our 15 piece chicken dinner we discovered 2 single sauce packets. You can't tell me this enough. Especially when your guy at the window is as big as a house really eats a 15pc chicken dinner with 2 sauce packets. Come on guys get with it!
