Shame shame on the owners to leave the two young women there to try to hold this business together alone. How they kept up pleasant and professional demeanor, I do not know. They are to be commended. Those two women deserve a raise.

They have a good value for the family sized meal. Ordered it with a large okra. We received the order with fries instead. I showed my receipt but the cook didn't seem pleased. She said that I would have to wait. I told her that was fine as long as they could make it correct. While waiting we saw that most of the dining tables were dirty. Kitchen appeared clean however.

And the staff was fairly nice, although this was the filth establishment. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It look like they haven’t cleaned the place for weeks. People are very dirty, and I think there needs to be more training and More cleaning. This was her gave me such nausea stomach. We walked out.

Church’s Chicken needs Jesus. For $34, I received ten soggy, pale chicken tenders, a small handful of gray, stale french fries, NO dipping sauce (despite paying for it) and a drink with a piece of styrofoam floating in it. They also were completely out of sweet tea. Some of the worst and priciest fast food I’ve ever had. Complete and utter rip off.

I have never ordered here without them getting something simple wrong. Always have to check the back and tell them they forgot a major item. We ordered online at 12:10 today for a 12:30 pickup. The food was not ready. It is 12:50 and still no food.
Change your hours online your hours are saying that you're open till 1030 on Fridays and when we went there to order it says you close at 9pm very inconvenient.

Cashier Jeremy B. was very rude and accused me of being a liar for telling them I was missing 2 sides. I showed my receipt and he would not look and stated “I don’t appreciate being called a liar” which I never said to him. Asked for a manager who was in ear shot and did not intervene until I requested. The cashier then attempted to intimidate me in from of my kids by staring me down. Manager did not correct employee nor did he offer an apology. Would not visit if you are Native American.

Got home expecting to eat some good food but unfortunately was disappointed.
The chicken was soo dry even with the sauce added. It’s almost like it had been sitting under a lamp all day. The only thing decent was the biscuits which would be hard to mess up on.
I’d say stick to notable chicken places like KFC & Canes because you certainly won’t be disappointed.

First time eating at Church’s Texas Chicken. We placed an order online using the app. Easy peasy. Upon arriving at the drive through were advised there was at least a 20 minute wait. I said we had an online order. We were told to pull up. Our order was ready. Unfortunately when we got home, 5 minutes drive, we unpacked our orders of absolutely dry chicken tenders. All three orders were absolutely dry. The dogs finished these up. The honey biscuits were good! The mashed potatoes were also very good. The Mac and cheese was very mushy but not terrible. Unfortunately not a good first experience with this chain; may try a different location in the future.
