I only gave 2 stars because the service was good. The food although was awful. Dried up fries, okra cooked to smitherines, not eatable. Chicken tender very dry. I couldn't eat mine. Gave my chicken to my dog. I ordered mac n cheese but instead got mashed potatoes. Just was a bad experience.

I'm usually pretty generous when it comes to reviews, but this place is the pits. I mean, holy crap. I have read some of the reviews, and I guess Todd had a different manager than I.
We just moved here, and the in-laws came in to help us unpack. They wanted something so we ordered online to pickup at 8:20pm. It said to pick up at 8:39pm, and it was relatively close.
Nothing big, 12 piece, then an 8 piece boneless wings with buffalo sauce, and a few sides. I arrived a minute or so before 8:39 and they didn't even start my order. Didn't even know I had placed one.
Should be easy, fried food right? No, they got everything ready relatively quickly beside the boneless wings which they started around 8:50. I know because they gave an eta of 9 more minutes. Even then, and I'm going to rant here.
I'm including a picture of my wings. I kid you not, the manager told his employee to cut the chicken tender in half with a plastic fork to make 8 boneless wings. I watched this, 7/29/25. They should post the security camera of this. Holy hell.
I asked the manager was he really going to give me cut chicken tenders with a knife and no sauce on them. Not even salt or pepper. He said it was hard, and he's busy. He apologize for the wait, but OMG. Could not believe this.
This is an embarrassment, kind've like pooping your pants. You wish it never happens, but when it does. You kind've want to die inside. That's what this place is. Do better guys, that's bad.

Came to the church’s chicken off 550 and the service was excellent. Dakota here at church’s took care of me and gave me excellent service good quality food and no problems what so ever. Stop here at the 550 church’s chicken and ask for Dakota he’ll take care of you💯💯

Half the time this location is out of chicken, which is absolutely crazy being it’s a chicken only place… now they don’t want to accept cash. It’s a legal tender 🤦🏻♂️

1st off was greeted as brother instead of sir by the manger 2nd the entire store was filthy all tables dirty floor dirty trash over flowing.
As far as the chicken It was ok clerk ran up the wrong stuff I ordered which cost more had to correct him.
My fresh order of fried okra was way over cooked and I ended up throwing it away cause I guess they don't know the difference between perfectly cooked golden brown and Mexican brown 🤷🏼♂️
