Not sure what happened but the last few weeks they have been so damn slow in the mornings, getting super backed up. Impossible to get coffee in the morning here and make it to work on time, even when I leave 20 minutes early. Super disappointing

I love Dutch Bros drinks but the 3 locations I've gone to in NM are soooo slow. I used to live in Oregon and you could get thru a long line and on your way in 5 minutes. NM baristas tare in no hurry that's fore sure.
We come to this location quite often and the service is always fast and friendly and the coffee and tea are always great.

I am a frequent customer and pretty happy with this location. However this morning they didn’t ask if I wanted to tip like they usually do. They added a tip without my authorization. I don’t mind tipping for good service but I don’t appreciate them adding a tip without asking at the preferred amount. So be careful snd watch your charges or you might be a generous tipper without your consent. Otherwise I am happy with the services and drinks.

My boyfriend and I broke down in the drive thru. I want to thank all the employees they all did their best to help us and they were all very kind. I wish I knew their names. Also thank you to the few customers in the drive thru who help push the car out of line. All of you were AWESOME
