I knew the tacos were going to be good when I saw the cook was being hygienic. He took the order without gloves and applied gloves to make the food and removed them when he packaged them. Most food places keep their gloves on during the whole process and it’s unhygienic. Also he prepped my tacos with cilantro and cebolla. In most places they have you grab everything after so you can prepare them. Highly recommend, the tacos were hot and delicious.

The Sanchez tacos food truck located at tractor supply is mediocre. I ate their yesterday and the service was smooth drinks were cold cook was on point.Now Sunday morning was not what I expected . I ordered barbacoa quessdilla. Steak n egg burrito I would gave it 5 star but steak in burrito was like tough chop cube steak I didn't ask for potatoes it was abundance of such versus steak n eggs I requested. If I say steak n eggs to the senior dude cooking Sunday morning that exactly what I requested. Not bunch of potatoes. Tighten up on your appearance when cooking food tho ..frfr.

The barbacoa quesadilla was great, but the pastor burrito was extremely dry, and the cost was way too high for the portions. I also noticed a hidden convenience fee.

Very badly !!! I ordered some tacos al pastor and they gave me asada, the good thing is that I checked and I returned it and this is the taco al pastor that they gave me warmed tortillas, and if I asked for it separately, all the onion, cilantro, etc., Sánchez had never told me about tacos but I didn't understand

This place is ABSOLUTELY FIREEE. I am the biggest critic when it comes to my burritos and tacos and this place blows the top off. The owner is Amazing, the burritos are huge, the sauce is Authentic, you have to give this place a try.
Asada torta and barbacoa tacos were 10/10 red sauce wasn’t hot but flavorful green sauce was flavorful and hot but so good

I’ve eaten at almost all the Sanchez locations and I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 6 years and believe me when I say that this location is the best. The ingredients are always fresh and it’s prepared quick and you can’t get better food from a truck in bernalillo. I’ve been getting the asada quesadilla at least twice a week for the past two months. 10/10 highly recommend!
