Non-existent service here. Drive through lane was slow and not moving so I pulled into a stall. Pushed the button to place order but waited and waited and waited but no one answered to take my order. I waited over 10 minutes and call button was never acknowledged so I left. If you value your time, you are better off going somewhere else. This wasn't even at a busy time of day, it was around 2:30 PM.

Slow!!! I have yet to go to this and get it is less than 15 minutes. To make things worse, the food was cold when I received it and there wasn’t even an apology for the wait. It is readily apparent that they are woefully understaffed.

We come here periodically and the food is generally pretty good and the service/drive thru wait time is also pretty good.

We just left because we went to the stall, pressed the button, and waited for 10 minutes with no response. When we arrived there was not another car in the drivethru or at the stalls. No one took our order. Another car pulled into the stall right next to us and their order was taken immediately. Meanwhile, the employees were looking out the window at us and not doing anything. I’m also pretty sure they were smoking in the kitchen, which is just unacceptable.

By the time we left they had a line at the drive thru and about 4 cars in the stalls. Without any response from the staff.

They saw us and still failed to serve us. At that point, we just drove off. We will not be returning. Extremely disappointed. Just note thay if you come to this location you will leave empty handed.

pulled into a stall, pressed the order button and no one every responded. i downloaded and set up the app, then ordered via the app and no one evwr responded. we then moved to the mobile pick up and waited there

Just went for lunch and it was good ... Great service from a girl named hope she was very nice and sweet !!!! ❤️ Plus she gave my little girl a puppy cup of whip cream so she was happy I was happy !!! Thank you hope !!

Waited 20 minutes for two drink and finally pressed the button again and they seemed like they didnt have the order. 30 minutes for 2 drinks. No thanks. Also seems like every sonic I've been to lately the majority of the card readers are out and a lot of the screens.

Our car hop, first said we couldn't have our food until he went in, even though we handed him a large bill, (went to check it for validity), then we asked him for the special sauce for cheddar peppers, he looked at us like we were bonkers lol, he definitely needs more training, food was decent, his behavior and demeanor not so great......

First time since I was a kid coming to a Sonics. Kind of a big deal. Craving ice cream, tater tots, mozzarella sticks and pretzel. Sat outside for 40 mins after ordering and was completely ignored. If I wasn't pregnant and having a craving i would have drove somewhere else.

Instead I went through the drive through. Only then did I get the opportunity to order and receive the food I was hoping for. Yet an HOUR later!!

Honestly a huge setback in my day and wasn't worth it. Probably will never visit a Sonics again.

Pretzel was my favorite 😍 and the mozzarella sticks.

This is the newest and worst Sonic in town. This Sonic is near my home and off the freeway (great location!), so I keep giving them more chances and keep getting burned. 6 times out of 7, I've had a bad experience. Orders are incorrect often, and the staff couldn't care less. The food or drinks usually don't taste the same as other locations, and today I waiting in line in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, after ordering 3 drinks, and I just gave up and left. No more chances!

Ordered medium m&m blast and a medium reecee blast. The top had the candies and the rest was just ice cream. What's going on Sonic? I love your drinks and these are usually sooo yummy. And worth the money. Not these...so sad.
