Our car hop, first said we couldn't have our food until he went in, even though we handed him a large bill, (went to check it for validity), then we asked him for the special sauce for cheddar peppers, he looked at us like we were bonkers lol, he definitely needs more training, food was decent, his behavior and demeanor not so great......

First time since I was a kid coming to a Sonics. Kind of a big deal. Craving ice cream, tater tots, mozzarella sticks and pretzel. Sat outside for 40 mins after ordering and was completely ignored. If I wasn't pregnant and having a craving i would have drove somewhere else.
Instead I went through the drive through. Only then did I get the opportunity to order and receive the food I was hoping for. Yet an HOUR later!!
Honestly a huge setback in my day and wasn't worth it. Probably will never visit a Sonics again.
Pretzel was my favorite 😍 and the mozzarella sticks.

This is the newest and worst Sonic in town. This Sonic is near my home and off the freeway (great location!), so I keep giving them more chances and keep getting burned. 6 times out of 7, I've had a bad experience. Orders are incorrect often, and the staff couldn't care less. The food or drinks usually don't taste the same as other locations, and today I waiting in line in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, after ordering 3 drinks, and I just gave up and left. No more chances!

Ordered medium m&m blast and a medium reecee blast. The top had the candies and the rest was just ice cream. What's going on Sonic? I love your drinks and these are usually sooo yummy. And worth the money. Not these...so sad.

For some reason this store they dont know how to cook or dont care. Got popcorn chicken that was DARK brown (over done) And i get we want to get served ina. Timely matter but I'D rather ypu tell me what happened and allow ypu more time to redo it. I would not suggest this sonic even if it was the only one left.

I’m a Dasher out here, doing my best, Driving these streets, no time for rest. Sonic again, same old routine, They laugh on the mic, cold and mean.
“I’m closed,” they joke, with smirks in their voice, As if kindness were just a choice. I stay polite, keep rolling on, But wonder where humanity’s gone.
Will it take a hundred years or more, Before respect walks through the door? All I ask is simple grace— A little kindness.

We went through the drive through and had a horrible experience. The guy taking the order asked to repeat the order because he was making a drink. After the 2nd time, he asked to repeat the order because he said he was busy doing something else. The 3rd time, we asked if he was actually going to take it this time and he said yes. When asked to repeat the order it wasn't right. The 4th time, (patience running low), we thought the order was finally taken correctly. When we got to the window I asked the girl to repeat the order back after she gave us the total. It was still wrong!! All we ordered was 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 sm Reese blast, 1 sm brownie chocolate chunk blast. The girl apologized and had to change the order in the system because the guy messed it up. We have had terrible service the last couple of visits and after this evening I don't think we will return. It's a shame because we really like Sonic and it's the only one here in Bernalillo.

I wish the app would work better isn't their fault but that's my complaint and I wish the food would come out a little bit quicker once you check in that you are there either that good food fresh hot and great place
