I accidentally placed a mobile order for a different location. Came through this (my intended) location and replaced the order in person, planning to play again. When I told the barista what I did so I could ask how yo cancel (and hopefully be refunded) from the other location, she told me I was all good and they made my drink. A+ and unexpected kindness/service.

This Starbucks location is close to my home and the one I frequent the most. I would say on average we are here about once a week and the drinks and food are consistently prepared well. Staff are kind and thoughtful (my cup has had a few words of encouragement written on it). I’ve had 1 error in my order within the last year and I could tell they were in training. I have never eaten inside so cannot comment on the cleanliness of the location but the drive through moves quickly....

For over a year now, I’ve been getting my drinks here. The staff never disappoint! I’ll be moving back to Santa Fe this next week and will miss this store and staff thoroughly. You all have been great! Thank you.
