It was unbelievably hot inside the store. The poor young women that were working looked completely beat. Thermostat read 86•F. Great employees great service.
The atmosphere is just ok it's a subway, what do you expect haha, the subs are always good and the price is pretty good for the food you get still, although the prices have gone up unfortunately, it is still a good deal and the service is good!
My experience is the food is very well tasting like subway sandwiches.
I came in today was greeted by Jonathan did an absolutely amazing job handling five customers by himself this man deserves a raise or at least a pat on the back

Jason the district manager was very rude to us. Sam was the only one working and doing a great job. She was 6 deep. The other customers left. It was to long of a wait. While Jason sat in the back. Coming out to say bye. Added a rude comment to my husband. There was no reason for him not to stay and help. And him being rude was unacceptable. My husband is a older man. We had already been wanting for 39 minute. He had his hand holding himself up. On the stainless steel outer rim .I've work at subway. They have no rules on were you can put your hand. As a customer. He wasn't touching the glass. If he was worried about contamination he should move his chips. But Jason the district manager said (hey buddy move your hand). WTH. So Rude. We eat there once or twice a week. We will not be eating there anymore. So tired of always going in and having to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get served. Or there out of bread. This time they were out of Parmesan cheese. It always something. (Does the district manager not know how to keep supplies in stock). Now they have bad management. It's not for me. The last few times we have been there our experience has not been good.
Worst subway I've been to. It's old and dirty. I went for my lunch, and there was only one employee; it took him 32 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. I didn't even get to enjoy my food. By the time I ate it 4 hours later, it tasted awful. And this wasn't the only time.

It's exactly 4:45 pm and the store was lit up and the open sign was on but both doors were locked.. I tried calling for a good 45 min and there was no answer.. Absolutely ridiculous.! If I could rate it a zero I would

I arrived at the store and to my surprise, the doors were closed. To one side, a car with employees drove up, the window in front was covered. I wasn't the only one who noticed that. Two other customers looked at everything and they never opened.

The footlong dippers are being sold as 6 inch dippers. The employees said that's how they were taught. They made the whole thing but left half on the chopping block.
Ordered through the Subway app and they partner with DoorDash for delivery. I only received 1/4 items and when I called the store the worker was not helpful at all and was unwilling to give me a refund. This is the second time that this subway location has forgotten items in my family’s order. Will not be wasting my money on them anymore!
