This is our first time in New Mexico and this restaurant did not disappoint. The hostess was friendly and waiter, Jason, was friendly, professional and provided great suggestions. The Prickly Pear margarita and Spinach Enchiladas were very good and fresh. Can't wait to visit again.
Food was good, service was just okay. Atmosphere was quirky and fun. Wait time was really over estimated but the wait wasn't that bad to.begin with. Place was packed which was our first early sign that the food would be delicious.
The Range Cafe is beyond cute...it is adorable in a kitschy way. There is art everywhere along with some amazing bronze sculptures...really impressive. Anyway, the food is the main event. We liked our experience so much that we came back a couple of days later. The first time around: I ordered the Huevos Rancheros with sunny-side-up eggs...which were perfectly cooked. Drew had the cheese enchiladas...which he enjoyed. We shared an order of their Blue Corn Blueberry Pancakes...OMG!!!...
