We eat lunch here a couple of times per week because we work in town. It is consistently good food, good service, good atmosphere. We like the Range Chicken, the Huevos rancheros, the enchiladas (some times chicken/green or beef red), the combo, the burgers, the salads are great (only wish the tomatoes were cut up more). The fried green chile is awesome. The desserts are amazing. You can't go wrong here.
The VERY best green chile enchiladas ever. I've been to so many restaurants in this area, but The Range is outstanding. Perfectly prepared food, served hot and quickly, and Fabian is amazing. I'll be going back soon!
