Been wanting to try this place forever. Finally went tonight. They have a cute little seating area. Simple but delicious menu. Portions were huge. We got the loaded fries, a burrito and birria tacos. So so good! Everything looked super clean in the back and the food was piping hot. Even when we got home after a 15 minute drive! We will definitely be back.

We typically have birria tacos at Rio Taco and Don Choche. They are about the same price. These were edible but lacked flavor, spice, and the consume was not flavorful. They were smaller than the $0.99 cent Taco Bell ground beef taco from back in the day. The taco shells were hard and I don’t think they were homemade. The taco shells did not have good flavor. I didn’t even really want to finish after half of my first taco. I don’t understand why food trucks are so stingy with their food. We won’t be back.

This was a fantastic stop. We stopped to have lunch in the middle of July and the shaded seating outside was fantastic. The food measured up to all of the other previous reviews and was great. We had tacos and quesadilla. The burrito tacos were absolutely amazing. The quesadilla was equally as good and the sauces were everything you would expect. I would put this on any stop to Albuquerque. You absolutely have to get the Agua Fresca. We had watermelon, strawberry Horchata and mango and all were absolutely amazing!

I ordered from the food truck in Bernalillo and it's been the best carne asada quesadilla I've had so far. It was lunch time so they were busy but still fast with my order and the girl was working alone, she was really nice. The food was filling, it was 4 big pieces and the price was reasonable. Delicious watermelon agua fresca, they also had a big verity to choose from.

My husband and I enjoyed a carne asada quesadilla and cheesy Birria tacos. Both were incredibly flavorful! The mango agua fresca was the best juice I’ve ever had. So fresh! Will be coming back next time we pass through Albuquerque.
