They have the best food, and it's a family owned business. We've been eating here for over a decade and love everything we've ever ordered. The picadillo is amazing and the deluxe quesadilla with shredded beef has a ton of flavor.
Stopped here on our way to Colorado and the food is outstanding. I had the daily special Chicken Quesadilla with green chile. My wife had the Cheese Enchiladas with green chile. There's nothing fancy about Papa's but the food was out of this world. I recommend it fully.

Ordered fajitas for 40 people. I arrived a little early for pick up and got to watch the crew work making the rest of our food. They were extremely friendly and grateful for the business. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had plenty of everything. The food was 10/10. Definitely was worth the money. Would recommend to anyone in the area and we will use them again. Great people
