“This restaurant is now called Rustix. It is furnished essentially the same as Coyote Canton except the ratty looking stuffed coyote is gone or moved. We are 5 friends having lunch after hiking the nearby trails in the Kettle Moraine. The menu is better. All enjoyed it heir food. Those having tacos felt the tortillas were right out of the package and should have been griddled before serving. I had the brisket sandwich which was plentiful and delicious. It came with tasty “sidewinder” fries that were curly. We want to return and try other menu items. Service was good except they were “out of” a beer one of us ordered. Presentation excellent. We ate in the sunny courtyard at an umbrella table. Lots of flies but no bees.”
