great food I found them off unser and Paseo on aThursday. . had the patty and was so satisfied decided to come back for dinner for the beefy. finally a truck that doesnt do just tacos
Bidi Chidi is my top 3 I would eat. Food is on point, delicious and workers are friendly.
I had the pleasure of trying Bidii Chidi's pork butt open-faced and turkey sandwiches at a Veteran and Caregiver Resource Fair in NM that they catered, and everything was fantastic. Loved the sides too! Highly recommend.
