Came to see Carlsbad Cavern from Oklahoma City. Followed goolge review to find this restaurant. Boy it didn't disappoint us.Behind its unassuming curb appeal is a lot of great deal of tasty food. We had the #19 Molcajete Jimador, the #2 Jimador Special, the Meat quesadillas, and the fried ice cream. All of those are beyond expectation.Other than the taste, the portion is big enough that I was overfull. Best Mexican food I've had in a long time and the quality is always 10/10 no matter what day or time I go in. The prices for their great food are top tier as well I will always come

Came here for dinner on a Saturday and the parking lot and inside the restaurant was packed. However, we were able to be seated and helped right away. Our waitress recommended the jimador special plate, and I was not disappointed. It comes with steak, chicken, and shrimp on a bed of rice and side of tortillas.
