My wife and I LOVE El Nopal, we were so sad when they closed their restaurant but super happy to hear they were back in Carlsbad with a food truck! Wife loves the Flautas as for me the Quesabirria tacos and the COMSOME are so good but let me tell you the secret gem this place has... it's the Green Chile Double Cheeseburger! So whether you want Mexican or a good Cheeseburger, El Nopal is the place!
Tried your food for the first time tonight...soooo delicious!!! We will definitely be back a lot!!
Food was delicious, large portions and affordable price. the waiter Nalia is nice and helpful.. my picky 7 year old loved the food as well! Hope this helps! 100% recommended!!

The atmosphere is laid back and reminiscent of the old Brickyard Pizza RIP, with a handful of beers on tap. The value is great for a big catered work lunch and the service is quick.
