Guadalupe Mountain Brewing Co. is a local brewery in Carlsbad that offers a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Although they were not selling alcohol at the time, the wings and margharita pizza were delicious. The brewery has a great covered outdoor seating area, and the selection of beers is good. The service might take a while, especially during peak hours, but the staff does their best to serve everyone efficiently. The pizza is highly recommended, and the location is convenient for those staying nearby. Despite the lack of alcohol sales, Guadalupe Mountain Brewing Co. is a great spot to enjoy a tasty meal and quality beers when in town. The pizza is unexpectedly delicious, and the beer, including the Pinkey Tart and Green Chile Blonde, is excellent, on par with some of the best microbreweries. The tasting experience may be a bit awkward, but the brewery seems to be a great local watering hole and pizza spot with live music.
