Terrible service, I would love to be able to talk to the manager of the team that works. They left us waiting for 15 minutes and there were no people. The woman at the entrance looked at us very ugly. It is a team of racist workers. How can they have that type of people working there?

Very good, open 24/7. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It's definitely a good option if you need an early, affordable breakfast.

I ordered on the ihop app, said it would be ready in 15min, which I knew that was a lie, usually takes a little longer like 30min , I just ordered for myself a simple easy breakfast, showed up 45 later, they said it still wasn’t ready, waited another 30min , a red headed young girl brought some to go orders to the front, Went up there to see if one of them were mine, she said no I have a lot of online orders in a rude tone, so almost a hour and half later I never got my food, I walked out and I’ll never come back to this ihop, worst ihop I’ve ever been to, Roswell and Hobbs is a lot better and that’s not saying much! 👍🏻

Waited too long to be seated considering hardly any customers were there. Took a long time before the waitress showed up to table. No silverware when food came out. Food was cold. No cream on berry crepes and burnt. No gravy on chicken fried steak. Saw at least 7 different employees standing around doing next to nothing. Hardly any customers and unclean tables that sat for at least an hour. Positively the worst iHop experience ever, the worst restaurant experience ever. IHop is one of our favorite restaurants but this one should be closed and everybody fired!

We waited 45 minutes for our food and the place was dead and it was myself 2 kids and my mom and we all ordered small. When we did get the food every single thing we got was cold!!! The waffles were so cold they were like trying to cardboard. my egg and shredded beef tacos we sad, the eggs were way over cooked and hard and all the grilled onions and peppers were on one taco and they each had one tiny piece of meat and bo salsa on the side it was supposed to come with. I got a fresh fruit bowl as my side and the strawberries were so soft and squishy they were almost rotten. My toddler got mac and cheese and it was so over cooked it had hard chunks in it that I had to dig out!

We auted around 40 minutes to be seated even though there was almost half of the tables empty, once we got our seat we waited 20 minutes there and the server kept telling us to wait to get our drinks and order, we just got tired of waiting and walked out. Didn't even got our drinks and our daughters were thirsty so we ended up leaving the place. poor service honestly.
