The food truck is immediately to your left after entering an RV lot. The brisket was awesome. The owner was super nice. Great place to go after visiting the caverns or hiking in Guadeloupe. Serving size was huge.
We had a big dog burger and a bean and brisket burrito. Both were fantastic!I wish we had known how good it was before we drove off. I would have taken a couple of pounds of brisket. YUM!!
