“Decided to try Jilligans after several people at work mentioned it to me. We had the lasagna and alfredo both were fantastic. The serving size was generous, we has leftovers for the next day, and it was still delicious. We also tried the cheesecake, and I had the pumpkin, and my husband had the keylime. Both were great. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, you won't be disappointed. We will be back.“

“The best green chile cheeseburger in the state of New Mexico. The bun was perfectly toasted, covered in diced onions, a healthy stealthy hot green chile blend, melt cheese and a decent sized patty. They off the San option in the “flip” a burger in a grilled tortilla, with beans, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The soft tacos were corn, lightly grilled with butter & filled with a copious blend of lettuce, cheese, & ground beef, served with chili con queso, for dipping of course. If you are a vegetarian, no problemo, they make everything to order, and use fantastic produce. This restaurant is worth the drive to Carlsbad New Mexico, from anywhere! I ate there twice in an hour.“
